Membership

Woodford and Districts Bowls Club offers four types of Membership:

  • Full Membership
  • Dual Membership
  • Social Membership
  • Junior Membership

Full Members entitled to enjoy the full amenities of the Club and participate in all social games, Club and District Championships and Pennants.

Social Members are entitled to enjoy the full amenities of the Club and participate in all social games, when not mandatory to wear Bowls Queensland approved attire.  They are not entitled to play in Competitions or Pennants.

Junior Members under the age of eighteen (18) years of age may apply for Junior Membership of the club.

All members are eligible for Friday nights Members Draw.

Application forms for Membership can be obtained from the Club or printed out below and completed forms submitted in person to the club with your payment.

Once the Application has been received and approved by the Board, new bowlers can arrange coaching with our Club Coach and enjoy all the benefits our club has to offer.

Dress Code

Minimum Standard of Dress for Club Entry
  • Clean and tidy casual attire.
  • Footwear must be worn at all times (thongs permitted)
Minimum Standard of Dress for the Green

BA Approved shoes are mandatory to protect our green (Barefoot allowed).  Club shirts and either white or royal blue shorts/trousers are to be worn except on stipulated Mufti days.
